Conclusions
1. There are ubiquitousandspecificmutationalprocesses
underlyingthepathogenesisofdifferentsubtypesofGC
withvaryingmutationburdens.
2. SeveralnovelSMGsthataremutatedatintermediateor
lowprevalencewereidentified.
3. Regular-mutated GC canbefurtherstratifiedintotwo
subtypes(i.e.C1/2)withdistinctclinicaloutcomes.
4. CDH1mutationisanindependentprognosticfactorfor
poorersurvivalinpatientswithdiffuse-typeGC.
